Wheat providing more protein than meat in the human diet. It’s making about one-fifth calories consumed by people. More than a third of the global population feeds themselves with wheat. It is known to all that wheat is the worlds most cultivated crop. 


Moreover Science Journal said, wheat productivity needs to increase by 1.6 percent a year to meet the demands of the projected world population of 9.6 billion by 2050.
But due to climate change day by day it is harder to grow wheat. Because in hot and dry weather creates a challenging condition to grow wheat.
In that perspective it’s a good news for human population that for the first time scientists get detail full Genome of wheat. No doubt that it’s a news of pleasure of discovered the Genome sequence of wheat.
                                           The international Wheat Genome Sequencing Consortium (IWGSC) announced that the type of wheat detailed by 200 Scientists from 20 countries.
 Already functional Genomics Scientist Kostya Kanyuka said that Genome sequencing of wheat would hugely and immediately beneficial for wheat breeders accelerating development of new elite varieties.     
 Those Scientists have done a great job for mankind. They will be memorable for all-time. Obviously we should congratulated those-.
